Complaints
We want to give you the best possible service. However, if at any time you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided then you should inform us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the problem.
If a telephone conversation or meeting does not resolve the matter please put your concerns in writing so that they can be resolved on a more formal basis. If you remain dissatisfied we shall pass the file to an outside solicitor who will make an independent determination of your complaint.
If the matter is still not resolved to your satisfaction you can, within the Legal Ombudsman Scheme’s time limits, ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the complaint.
